We aim to provide a safe haven, where Teammates can feel connected to and proud of their surroundings and can see and enjoy the fruits of their labor. What is a CSA Program?

CSA stands for Community-Supported Agriculture and it is a subscription model that is meant to connect farmers directly to their community. The purpose is also for the producer and the consumer to share the risk of farming. When you become a CSA member you reserve a share of the season’s harvest and receive a weekly or bi-weekly box of whatever that farm grows.

How does the Empower Farms CSA work?

Our CSA members receive a mix of fruit, greens, hearty vegetables, herbs and also have the option to add on eggs from our flock of chickens. When you become a member of the Empower Farms CSA you are directly contributing to our mission of employing our disabled community.  The food you receive has been planted, maintained, harvested and packaged with the help of our Teammates. The love and care they put into their work shows through in our CSA boxes.
