At Empower Farms we focus on creating employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
We are always looking for new Teammates that would like to join our team.
We train new members of our team and make observations about their skill set to see where they will fit in best on our farm.
We provide supervision and guidance while they master their new jobs.
We work on “the little things” that make a big difference.
Often times individuals will get their first work experience here at the farm, learning the ropes about what it means to be part of the workforce so that they can go on to other jobs in the future.
